Q. What would you recommend if one is lost in thoughts and emotions and keeps trying to come back to the meditation and the breath but this still feels like a difficult task?

Q Interested to hear that words don't resonate with everyone and there may be other ways to practice metta. How long would you recommend trying with these phrases before trying something else? I've tried metta in the past and have always struggled with it... i think it's the words

I naturally formed a different set of words for the suffering part - may i find inner peace when suffering. I am suffering at the minute with grief and actively working on behavioural addictions. I'm finding attending the daily practices are helping me immensely and bringing me inner peace during such a sad and difficult time. Thank you so much ๐Ÿ™
