Q: I find it difficult to focus on my breath and body at the same time sometimes. Should I let go of counting my breath and focus on my body when that happens?

Q Find once I get deeper into practice I start to feel sleepy even though I’m not tired what I would rather is a feeling of alertness sharpness of mind and clarity is there a way I can turn that around
