Q: is there a difference between thoughts arising and getting distracted by them? For instance, in the counting phases thoughts or images come to my mind and pass away but I am not always distracted by them. I only return to one when I am distracted. Is this right?
Thank you xx
lovely to learn with you Sarah

Thank you for an amazing 1st week x
Q Will you be teaching us any more sessions in the rest of the challenge? :)
thanks and great to share 🙏
thank you 💜
Q sorry I missed a few of these. could you explain the second stage again please? dropping the count before the inhalation sounded the same as stage 1
Q I felt tingling on the top of my head, do you know why that was
Q: what do you suggest to keep this mindfulness of breathing practice, for example tomorrow on our own?
Q: what was the website that talked about the hindrances ? could u spell/write it for not english speakers?
thank you 😊
Thank you for this week!
thanks so much, was an amazing week!!! Feeling a difference slowly but surely :)
Thank you so much. This week has been so amazing.
Q. I sometimes count and think at the same time while being aware of both.. like in lucid dreaming. Are we suppose to just be aware and not change anything or are we suppose to stop the thinking and only have breathing + awareness?
thank you x
Q how do I prevent myself getting completely distracted by the counting Finding myself concentrating so much on that
Q: What is the purpose/meaning/difference behind counting at the end of the exhalation and counting at the beginning of the inhalation?
Q: thank you the meditation seems to be helping me with my sleep at night. could that be an effect of meditation or just coincidence? I can now sleep all night long without interruption.
Thank you for a really positive week. Ive learnt a lot
Q. Please clarify Stage 1, count at the end of the breath
Q silly question, I have allergies and sometimes find my practice is interrupted by sneezing, any suggestions for meditation while continuously sneezing?
Thank you so much for this week. Looking forward to next weeks practice. :)
Thank you for your wise insights and kind thoughtfulness. You have opened up many possibilities for me.
That's a great question! That happens to me too, Bryony. :)
Q when you say soften some part of the body how can we do that.
Q stage 2 count at the beginning of the breath. Currently Have a dreadful cough, and is completely breaking the meditation, breathing exacerbates the cough, so I feel I have lost most of this week.
Q yes, please could you briefly explain the counting in stages 1 and 2 again. Thank you x
What a wonderful yoga and meditation practice! Really appreciate the sessions this week! Thanks!
Thanks for the week Pete Allison
QThank you - is it possible to get hold of notes you have used each day . I like the way you have explained things but struggle remembering
Q:Where do you classify memories of the past, things to do in the future, is it sensory desire?
Q. What is this mediation called and why is the breath so important, what is its role?
Thank you so much for leading uns through this first week in such a thoughtful, gentile and kind way!
thank you for every practice this week, it s been great! 🙏🏼
I keep finding myself 'coming to', I think I have drifted off. I'm not sure if there's a solution to this.
Thank you for guiding through the week :)
Thanks so much for this week!
Brilliant! Thank you Antonio x
Q: Is it normal to feel a big contraction around the solar plexus while meditating? A contraction that feels almost like the beginning of a panic attack. And what would you suggest in order to avoid feeling this?
thanks for this week, i found it helpful to think about opening to the skyline today

Thanks so much you have such a lovely calm presence. You have explained everything so well and I feel stillness is starting to come into my practice
Thank you for this week I have enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to trying on my own tomorrow.
Q in stage 4, you mentioned trying to cultivate a one-pointedness. can you clarify this please? I focus on breath in through my nose and out through my mouth so I guess this is two-pointedness!
Oops, QI keep finding myself 'coming to', I think I have drifted off. I'm not sure if there's a solution to this.

Q: my breathing becomes very shallow; is that OK or do I make a physical effort (distraction?) to deepen it?
thank you, really helpful and magical practice
Thank you so much - that was a wonderful week. Your gentleness and kindness really helps me to ease into the practice and not scold myself for distractions.
Q: could you please share the link to the reordings here in the chat again. THX!
