01:07:23
Thank you

01:07:26
Have to go - thanks so much. Very enjoiyable.

01:07:26
thanks for that

01:07:31
Sometimes when I meditate I come across ideas/thoughts that feel important/profound (to me!) and I'm tempted to break and reach for a piece of paper. Generally I just try to remember them but I worry about the trade off of the effort of remembering vs letting those ideas go. Any tips?

01:07:32
lovely and deep

01:07:32
Thank you.

01:07:32
the difference between making more effort and making less effort was remarkable. thought i wasn’t making a good enough effort to concentrate and then when you said make less effort, it really felt like a far deeper connection with the breath. not a question but just want to share

01:07:35
Haha lunch time nap. You read my mind!

01:07:35
Would love to join other activities but timing doesn’t always work. Are sessions recorded?

01:07:35
Thank you for the wonderful session. x

01:07:36

01:07:40
Q. I’m finding it hard to stay comfortable for the whole practice - does this normally improve with perseverance?

01:07:57
Thank you so much 😊🙏. I feel so serene right now 😀🧘♀️.

01:08:34
Thank you very much!

01:08:39
Q:What does that breathing help called the one you mentioned yesterday if your lungs are hurting? (forgot to write it's a question the first time)

01:08:53
breathworks

01:08:55
I feel so much more energised and awake now. Really enjoyed that practice. Thanks so much!

01:08:58
Q I'd be interested in your thoughts about when Buddhist imagery arises in the mind when we are trying to focus on something like the breath. Would you say this is the mind bringing something useful in, perhaps subconsciously, or is this another form of distraction? (I imagine there is no black and white answer to this though!)

01:09:13
Thank you very much. I wonder why Triratna only teach 2 methods of meditation. Mindfulness of breathing and meta bhavana.

01:09:22
thank you so much, very enjoyable meditation and teaching

01:09:23

Thank you !

01:12:27
thank you very much

01:12:42
Or when you said relax the attention,it was at that moment when I realised I had just arrived inthe meditation moment

01:12:48
Q, When meditating with eyes shut,, I sometimes see a collection of scenes like a film or a dream unfolding. It feels very distracting. Would sitting with eyes open be a way to get out of this situation?

01:13:30
Q: Every time I meditate, after 10-15 minutes I notice my head is tilted up and my neck gets stiff. Do you have any advice on that?

01:13:53
Thank you! x
