Ive never focussed on the energy before! A different experience, thank you
I noticed that when I switched to observing myself as energy I felt fear of dissolving into everything. But then I focused on the feeling of the blanket over my shoulders containing me, which made it easier to feel the energy. Could you talk a bit about containing the energy and the fear of dissolution, please?
How do we let go of gripping in the body when we don’t know what the gripping is connected to? It feels like the gripping is connected to my very existence, and if I let go, I’ll let go of my existence, this feels huge and a bit scary.
Comment : It was like looking in a rock pool trying not to stir it up with a stick, watching what happens, the waves coming and going.
When I think I stop feeling. My mood shifts fast from sad to happier. I see how I block my pleasure by gripping the body. Getting distracted.

Thankyou. That was a very relaxed, gentle, non-striving way in. I really like the instruction to just "sit back" into the experience of pleasure.
When I achieve pleasure in meditation that usually experienced as a light turned on, a glowing light which expands not sure if whole body, but body is in the light
Keep on falling asleep! A perennial problem for me when meditating. So I find pleasure, drift off, realise I've drifted off and fall asleep, catch myself, get annoyed, calm myself from getting annoyed and try not to yank back, come back to pleasure, try to stay in it, drift off...repeat!
Thank you! I experienced a strong swell of intensity that brought me to tears in a way that definitely pleasurable on some level, although not in the way that I would've imagined it xx

A really interesting experience: focusing on energy. I lost all sense of my pain. I felt pleasure in a very different way: non grasping. Thank you. Really enjoying these early morning sessions. Good balance of teaching and meditation.
I lost the definition of my body for part of that. I wasn't numb because I could feel energy. Does this mean anything?

Can you please say a little more about how Dhyana nurtures insight. Once we feel the pleasure and are stable in the energy body, (which feels to me like I’ve expanded beyond the physical body) what is the next step. Because I often feel the pleasure but I’m not sure what to look out for next.

Even though I tell myself im being empathetic with the breath into tension, If I truly look subtly I can see that im actually trying to push it / blow it away with the breath, which then I realise is creating more tension… any tips?
What if you notice the energy but your heart is sad ? Find it hard to focus on energy in body and aspect of mindfulness of breathing as you said
Thank you for the wonderful teaching. I had a sense of enrichment and expansion. It came and went but was definitely there along with sensations. I think you just answered my question as to whether the coming and going is ok or whether I should aim for more consistency. Thank you
