Izzy S
01:05:09
Q: I am currently going through a break up, and I am finding it hard to cultivate metta without being dragged into thinking about it. Do you have any tips? Is it best to avoid metta bhavana until I am more healed?
Caroline Wilson
01:05:20

Thank you. I find myself making judgements about what other peoples well being of progress should look like. Rather than just neutrally wishing them well. Which doesn’t feel right. Does that make sense?
Matthew Johnstone
01:06:26
Q: I used a very recent ex partner for the difficult person and found it very emotional. I have mixed feelings about her as I think I'm still in love with her but feel resentment and anger towards her for ending the relationship. I'm still healing after 4 months. is this okay, will this help?
lu
01:06:29
Q. when I had my friend in mind, my heart area felt very heavy . it was also difficult to give meta to the difficult person . why is this?
Lisa C
01:06:35

Riinu
01:06:56
Q - I've been doing MB for more than a week now, but still feel like it's extremely difficult to 'stay on track' as my mind keeps wondering and I don't feel like I'm cultivating much. I find mindfulness of breathings a lot easier. Do you have any recommendations on how to stay present and focus on MB?
Dani Kidson

Q my thoughts wander A LOT! I drift a lot. When I realise, I pull back to breathing and start again. I'm trying not to feel impatient and frustrated with myself although that is my initial response. With time I think the wandering will happen less, is that right?
